This is one shady business to stay away from. I went to look at a 2014 motorhome at their lot. When I checked the manufacturing date, it showed it was built in 2012. This should have scared me away right then but I thought maybe it was a honest mistake, but now I don't think so. We went for a short test drive and everything seemed to be ok, but since it was a cold 40° that day, I couldn't really check the AC, and had no reason to put the windows down. I came to find out that neither worked. I also found that the 2 house batteries were shot, which he covered up by saying someone left the lights on. Stay far away from this place! Sent a deposit for what was supposed to be a 2022 camper after he had all my information, deposit and final out the door number and scheduled day to pick it up he decided to cancel. He stated that it was due to “waiting on title from the bank” but I told him I don’t him I didn’t mind waiting. Then he stated he was going to increase the price because his wife posted it to low even though I spoke to him on his Facebook and called him at the dealership and the total was the same. He also blocked both my Facebook and phone number so clearly he isn’t just “waiting on the title”. Also found out the trailer was actually a 2021 not 2022 which I found out from the vin search.

Just purchased 2014 fifth wheel ad said no leaks air blows cold. Did a virtual walk thru. Now the fifth wheel came with no electric cord, the kitchen since had no faucet I had to purchase those then the air conditioner was chewed by squirrels so had to pay for that now sitting here watching football and it’s raining and guess what the roof is pouring water into the living area. Let Tony know all of this and all he helped with was 200.00 on a 13000 fifth wheel that I paid what they priced at so in my eyes now 1000 into repairs I believe this company sucks and would not purchase a piece of paper from them it will have rips in it feel free to call for pics of the nightmare steer clear and good luck. Listed camper as a year newer than it actually was. Horrible communications, unclear information, and rushed viewing. Probably to hide the truth. Either they are incompetent, or deceitful, and in neither case would I recommend doing business with such a person.

Hello my name is rose and I'm going to put my 2 cents in on this company I do not know how Google gives them a 3.8 in reviews they are terrible recently me and my husband was trying to help out our former son in law and grandson ,this company advertised a 2020 heartland camper they said it was straight and everything worked while we have not ran a 30 amp power line yet to check out the electrical hot water heater so forth ,they failed to mention the 2 leaks in the roof in both bedrooms god only knows the condition of the plywood in the roof or the walls we all know how cheap the materials they build these with ,none of the marker lights work on then sides As they tried to convience me dis but that was only thensin hitting them also thenleft rear stop,brake,tail light doesnt work changed
