I had a great experience at Oregon Auto Group. I had been looking for a specific Jeep XJ for many months. I found it here on their website. I called before I drove down from Washington and they were very informative and answered all my questions the phone. I drove down the next day to look at the Jeep - they were very low pressure and easy to deal with. They let me take all the time I needed to do a complete inspection of the Jeep. I have been pricing these Jeeps online for many months now so I was very familiar with the price on these. Their price was very fair. Bottom line; they are honest, fair priced, and easy to work with.

When the deal fell through the night before we would hit the road, he searched anew and came across something about the same distance away in the opposite direction--Oregon Auto Group. These folks turned out to be our good fortune. Salesman Michael arranged to meet us on short notice and after hours the next day, then took care of us every step of the way: test drive, dealing with our bank, arranging for passing California smog and then delivery close to home. My son had ordered special rims and tires as part of the purchase, but rather than making him wait when they hadn't arrived in a timely manner, Oregon Auto Group got the truck down to us. A

I recently bought a car from Oregon Auto Group. I am really pleased with the service I received, and very pleasantly surprised at the prices. The salespeople are very friendly and down to earth. There is no pressure. I had a great selection of cars and trucks to choose from, and they worked with me. Oregon Auto Group is the best place to buy a vehicle!

We bought our truck here, A f350 crew cab , It’s been a great truck. A good honest dealership, with integrity and a great crew that cares About customer service, before and after the sale. And the mechanics Are top notch ....especially Josh a hard worker that knows what’s going on With vehicles.

They are all super friendly and helpful but I bought a car from them and from the minute I drove the car off the lot it’s had issues. They were helpful with the first issue, tried to be helpful for the second issue (wanted almost 400 to fix a car I had for a month but I just bought the part and my hubby did for me) and now I have an even bigger issue. Super nice and helpful people just not happy about fixing up a car I JUST bought from them.
