So I ordered a part Thursday the younger guy on the phone was very helpful acknowledging my questions. Letting me know my part would be in tomorrow morning. So I went in after work Friday was a new employee xx said my part was not in( not sure if it was in or not) So I called back the following day a difference employee said it was in. So I drove back from Lafayette after a long day at work, got my parts from xx which he loaded it but was in a rush an unsuccessful at fitting the box into successfully into my car. I have one arm and could have really used the help fitting the box into my car successfully to close the doors I think xx could really use some costumer service classes.

I'm surprised they don't know our names yet but they sure know our faces! We are here so often and it never fails we're always helped to the best of their knowledge. They've done a lot for my boyfriend and myself. The older gentleman who's a veteran (not sure of his name) is one of our favorites to go see. Very helpful and easy to talk to.
