Tom was so helpful at this location. He has excellent customer service and willing to above & beyond to help. He trekked the cold to help me install my windshield wipers while keeping a sense of humor. I'll definitely recommend this location for great customer service.

Friendly service. Free code/check engine light diagnosis. Gave me a printout of potential fixes. I got this cool steering wheel cover for $20

Very helpful. Diagnosed and even installed a new battery without charging me for the assistance. Not bad veterans discount. I'm impressed they offer anything off for us these days.

Cheap parts but this particular location does not speak when entering. It would be nice to be spoken to and then someone says will be right with you. I live in Addison and have visited this store frequently, nobody engages with the customer so you’re literally just waiting for someone to say hello, how can I help you, do you need something etc.
