Awesome customer service. Ahoskie O'Riley's had cauberator parts for my '76 International Scout. Parts Rep. "Robert" took my order for next day arrival. When I arrived to pick up parts, he was the most professional, knowledgeable,and courteous parts rep I've ever had at any parts store,..ever! I needed a new headlight and I was in and out in 10 minutes plus they installed it for me!

Had exactly what I needed and was directed to it by one of the gentlemen working but usually what I like about here is there always so quick even @ helping you after you make your purchase with assistance on install or @ least showing you an idea if its something against policy and they can't assist you with hands on and I asked for help considering I have a cast up to my elbow and was told he wasn't allowed helping with the A/C free on charge but I feel like he could of at least showed me where it goes but a kind customer helped out instead so Thank you Customer for being kind, generous, and helpful. Paying it Forward just the little things go a long way!

I received great service from the sales associate who ran the diagnostic test which determined that my alternator was not working properly. He ordered a new one just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday. We picked it up Wednesday morning around 9 a.m. Now that's what I call GREAT service!!!

Everytime I go to this Oreillys I have zero issues unless Wyatt is working and just about everytime he gives me the wrong part. It's frustrating so when it happens I drive out of my way to get it corrected at another Oreillys just so I can avoid Wyatt.
