O'Reilly Auto Parts

This place just lost our business for our entire Fleet. The last time I was here, they assisted swapping out a brake light bulb, considering I didn't have the socket nor ratchet on hand for it today. I came in and Kaleb straight up told me I'm not doing all that. Our company specifically refers us here to get our parts repairs and even windshield wiper replacements, which is ironic. Because Kaleb was just replacing some windshield wipers for an individual while I was there. Guess we're switching all our 300 plus vehicles to auto zone across the nation.

⭐ Update Dec 24,2024 Christmas Eve: O'Reilly's Auto parts manager and some employee were total jerks to me, because I went into store to warranty my battery for my vehicle. telling me I was stupid for buying an Optum optimum car battery whatever they're called and I asked her what kind of battery I should have went with. she said a starter battery It's all on their security cameras system in their store. the way that they are treating me. I can't believe these people treat their customers this way. her sidekick HENRY employee kept getting my face calling me all kinds of slurs I don't even want to repeat kept on calling me a dog and telling me to come up come up on let's go let's do this wanting to egg me on to fight. called me an old man and said I will knock you out old man he kept tellin

After being disappointed twice earlier in this day by the competition. We went in because I have a driver I am homebound. Within less than a minute we had were delayed the problem to be solved to the gentleman behind the counter introduced himself by his first name (Bob) as we did in return. Just my experience and it knowing the value of customer retaining customers customer service. They have now become.my go-to place for anything I'm unable to do from memory. Of course it we're going back of course people are going to know about it.

Manager guy is rude and unprofessional. When i asked him if i could get a check engine light service. He did not say anything for about 10 seconds and i had to finally had to ask him so can you or not he then replied um whats your vehicle make... Maybe oriley hires stoners idk.
