O'Reilly Auto Parts

Unlike AutoZone, the young woman at O'Reilly went above and beyond to help replace the burnt-out light on my car. She tried from the front and even removed screws near the wheel, while the man at the other store only attempted access through the front trunk. She also gave me extra instructions for other lights. My car is a two-door Honda Accord, and the lights are hard to reach. Her patience and genuine willingness to help deserve a 10-star rating for customer service.

Technician was very helpful. Swapped out my battery in a few minutes for no additional charge. Just paid for the battery

It's an auto parts store. The people where great but I didn't find the lug nut i need. They offered to order it but I found it elsewhere.

Sometimes a little busy but great little neighborhood Auto store, will have parts pulled from other local stores usually within the same day. Great selection of windshield wipers, fluids, fuses, accessories, and cleaning products. Parking is a little tricky during busy times due to adjacent businesses, but possible. They will use a code reader and check your engine light for free. They also have various tools for short-time rental.
