O'Reilly Auto Parts

Nacho has got to be one of the best employees this O'Reilly store has ever had, he helps me get the parts I need fast and easy every time! He is always willing to help me out with installations whether it be light bulbs, windshield wipers, a battery, etc.

This is the only auto parts store I shop. These are the reasons: 1. Honesty. Everyone there has always told me the truth about what I need, what I can do, what I can’t do, in about what it’s gonna cost. 2. Helpfulness. They have help me install air conditioning refrigerant, windshield wiper blades, the little itty-bitty batteries that go inside your key fob, they did two of these! 3. Location. I mean really, they’re right in the heart of Alvin.

I very seldom go into O'Reilly's. The store is generally on the dark side when you get inside. You usually always have to wait to be waited on even if there's no one in the store. And their commercial delivery drivers drive like Maniacs.

Simple, has the parts I need in stock [most of the time] friendly, helpful assisting. Lowest price I've found.

Terrible service, you try to call and they don't answer. They send you to this store for a part that they supposedly have, and when you get there, it turns out they don't. You'll just waste your time, don't come here.
