Excellent service and employees that will go above and beyond to help you out! Big shout out to Joshua who spent over an hour helping me and my husband out in the rain with removing my battery from my car that was severely corroded around the negative terminal making it impossible to remove. Also to Timothy Segler who happened to show up and assist! These guys got it done and my battery replaced! I am beyond thankful!!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. They even walked me through the installation process, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The key fob battery was replaced in minutes, saving me the hassle of dealing with it on my own. The new windshield wipers were a perfect fit and made an immediate difference once I tested them out. We are very short on money and we needed break pads for my car BADLY. We called up to the Ardmore store to have a cheap set of breakpads ordered so we can get them on my car as soon as they came in. Jeff the person in the store refused to order them because they had break pads in the store!!! We cant afford the $55 break pads we have $45 and dont get payed for another 2 weeks!! We cant go another 2 weeks on these break pads!!! If you plan on calling up there and ordering parts that they already have in store for your make and model fair warning they may not order them for you 🤷‍♀️

I had my check engine light come on, driving from Okc to Dallas. Closest town to pull over at was Ardmore. Lance was able to assess my car and give me feedback - totally put my mind at ease. Thank you Lance.

Karen at O’Reilly really helped me out today! I needed the third row brake light replaced, so my child could do a driver’s license test and I was short on time. Karen helped me get the right part and installed it for me out in the parking lot and it was a VERY hot day. This was no easy job either as it involved entirely removing the spoiler. She’s a hero! My kiddo made it just in time to pass her test before they closed thanks to Karen and her kindness to help us out on this complicated job! I’d give her a hundred stars if I could!
