I went into the store needing help with a brake light replacement and was helped by ALEX. I am a single woman who was pretty lost with the whole thing. He went out and found the info needed to replace it. He then offered to replace it for me. He had a problem changing it from inside the trunk as the bulb seemed stuck. He went above and beyond by removing the casing and got it done as it was stormy and it being a brake light scared me to not be able to replace it. I would have been happy to pay him for his help but he refused. I just want to again thank him for being so helpful. My new go to parts store for sure. Thank you Alex.

I found Alex to be extremely helpful and patient despite my lack of car knowledge. He went above and beyond. Give that guy a raise!

So rude herds what happend. My husband bought some Ac recharge for his car never used decided he would take the car to the dealer instead the guy refused to return broke the seal said it was used. Never have experienced such a thing. Will never be back again after this.

Went in this morning for a new battery for my Jeep and Ryan was amazing. He was super sweet and got my battery installed quickly since VIP wasn’t open yet. Will definitely be back for my automotive needs :)
