Amazing service, employees are super helpful, I’m a new car owner and still learning the ropes, offered me good deals in oil and filters, and when I got a piece of plastic in my coolant, they offered me a new container free of charge. Really appreciate the service from Miguel, Moises, Salvador and the rest of the team

Very empty shelves. So many parts completely missing. It's ridiculous. When I asked why, they claimed it's because they were so busy. It was the middle of the day and I was the only person in the store. It's obvious they aren't busy. It's obvious they just don't stock parts and leave their shelves empty.

I called this morning at couple minutes before the store opened trying to find a replacement battery. Trinidad answered the phone, listened to my need,and confirmed I provided the right part for my vehicle. Very professional service, even pulled my part to the front counter so it was ready when i got there. When I arrived Trinidad saw I had my hands full with my kiddo and offered to instal the battery for me. Thank you Sir for sharing kindness and going the extra step to make sure we still had a good day.

They sold me an air compressor that did not function out of the box, it had an internal seal that blew within minutes when using the item as advertised. The store won't give me my money back in this case, their solution is to get a replacement of the same item that did not stand up to the original task. The manager was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for my money back, he pointed me to the attached sign and told me to call the corporate number. I tried the corporate number and waited on hold for over an hour and nobody every picked up. This place is a scam.

Excellent customer service, called to see if they had a part I needed since online wasn't generating anything. The individual who answered was very helpful and knowledgeable pulled the part I needed and held it for me while I sent someone to grab it! It's all about attitude and talking to the person on the other side of the counter/phone line and remembering they are human as well. Defiantly don't get that kind of help from the competitor store IFYKYK
