Decent parts for a fair price, very good service. I had a weak starter motor, it would barley turn through engine fast enough to start. They sold me a permanent magnet starter with a gear reduction and now the engine turns over like a sewing machine. It turns the motor at least 4 times faster than the old starter, very happy with the new starter. Then I had a heat shield I couldn't remove from the old starter because they used reverse torque bolts and a employee grabed some tools off the shelf, removed my heat shield for free and sold me the sockets needed to reinstall that heat sheild.

I took the advice that one of the works ( older guy long hair ) anyway I listened to what he advised me Todo and bought a way more expensive product and now I got a dead car won't start let alone stay running . I'm never gointg in there again shame on dude that told me to buy the most expensive shit. I'm stupid for ever listening to him

My daughter who is a new driver asked to have her battery checked. The store attendants said they would be right out. My two daughters waited for 20 minutes as they watched the store attendants play on thier phones with no customers in sight. For a new young driver asking for help on checking a battery is a daunting task. It is made worse when you have people who Ignored a young driver when she is asking for help. This is not how we should be treating a young woman who is excited about her car and needs help. Get off your butts and do the free battery check advertised on your windows at your business or take that service off your store front.
