Purchased wiper blades on a sleeting snowy day. Employee named winter happily offered to install my wiper blades. It doesn’t take a lot to be good at customer service but it is lacking from so many companies….. thank you winter for being a bright light in my day!

I came into the store the other day and talked to a guy, I think his name was Trip. He was straight-up rude to me, making me feel terrible about asking about a battery for my vehicle. He was also really rude to a young lady, I think her name was Kaydence. I felt so bad for that poor girl. Something needs to be done because that is an unsafe working environment, I'd say.

Was just on there today and this person named winter was screaming and yelling at a coworker named trip I wanna say. And she was screaming at him calling him very unprofessional names. Very uncalled for. Sounds like someone needs to be fired. I come here all the time to buy parts for my cars. Sounds like a big bully to me and bullying is not okay especially in the work place.

Dave didn't give up until the job was done right in -25 windy conditions. The crew are certified top shelf and dialed to the gills. No response is necessary.

Was given the wrong power steering fluid plus the lady left my cap off. Was very unhappy.
