Big thank you to an employee named Chris. Traveling back from Tennessee, and still around 100 miles from home, our 4Runner lost an ignition coil. From where we were at, it was a thirty mile drive to the O'Reilly's. Chris was super helpful, scanning the OBD to determine which cylinder was dead, and they had the coil in stock. Friendly service and a helpful attitude made for a pleasant experience during a frustrating situation. A few tool purchases later, I had the old coil replaced and we were back on the road. Very pleasant experience with this particular O'Reilly's store! Thanks!

Awesome, helpful folks at the Berea KY store! I was on a drive from SC to Wi when I started to experience some issues. Googled the nearest O'Reilly and found the Berea store. Dillon easily diagnosed the problem as a failing battery and then changed in out. Unfortunately this was during a nasty cold rain, but he did it with smile and great attitude. 5 🌟 customer service from Dillion and Berea O'Reilly's!!
