Keyan is awesome! He found the bulb i needed super fast, helped me check out, AND changed the bulb for me. We need more workers like this guy! (give him a raise lol) Thank you, again sir!

The Sales rep Garrett is very rude, immature and unprofessional. We had to come back three different times because he doesn't have a clue of how to look up parts. After the third time of coming back he had the nerve to yell across the store that he was "sorry" then turned to a co-worker with a smirk on his face and say "no actually I'm not" and laugh about it. Elliot the associate who actually knows what he is doing was very nice and professional and helped us get the right parts in less than 5 minutes. Garrett needs to learn how to be professional and provide customer service before he gets a rude awakening by the right customer.

The Bixby store offers a price match guarantee but won’t actually honor it so basically, the price match guarantee is a complete and total lie so they should change their slogan

The staff here at this particular O'Reilly's has always been helpful in getting me what I need.

Honestly the guy who helped me was very kind and took care of everything with such a great attitude. I never get on these things to comment but the service was that good. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
