O'Reilly Auto Parts

The people don't know how to listen because I've told I said the same part multiple times and they I gave me the wrong one multiple time for the wrong side of the vehicle. They also need to learn how to listen when someone is specific and they also gave me the part for the wrong kind of vehicle. they are not very good customer service because it happened three times and they tried to blame it on me and the manufacturer but it honest. Truth is they don't know anything about cars because I shouldn't have to come back three times to get the right part. I am Unsatisfied not happy. My time is money but they don't understand that's money out of my pocket. I do not recommend them to anyone

They have no idea what they are doing. I ordered parts they said 4:30 parts will be here they won't call me I just have to show up. So I drove all the way into town and Noone ordered parts. So I'll have to come back tomorrow at 430 to pick up parts. No apology, I was mad when I left and the guy behind the desk just laughed at me as I walked out. Extremely un professional!!!!

Super helpful staff. Willing to work with us on our project when we had to keep bringing parts in and swapping them. Helped us achieve success on our mission. O'Reilly is awesome, their staff is fantastic!

The employee was quick to help us test our battery and alternator while when we went to auto zone we were waiting almost an hour and the employee still didn't come help. We bought our knew battery from them and it came with a 3 year warranty. Also got $10 back for our old one. Would come here for parts again.

I usually don't have a problem here at the Blackfoot location. Today, the short old guy rang up bulb greese without even asking if I wanted it. I didn't, but he insisted that the bulbs I bought burn to hot and it's a must. I've never bought these bulbs before, so I took him at his word. As I was driving home I felt stupid, bulb grease does nothing for how hot a bulb burns! It is for moisture and even at that, it is completely unnecessary. Don't push products for a sell, a cheap sell at that. It is a sure way to lose business. Not a cool move Darwin.
