O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went to O’Reilly’s for a new battery was told they couldn’t do it and that I had to go to a dealership. I went to Auto Zone the associate there said they would not be able to do it but directed me to Strickland Brothers near by, and gave me directions to their location. I was able to get it done quickly. Thank you Auto Zone and Strickland Brothers. I won’t be going to O’Reilly’s again

Normally, this store is 5 stars. Helpful folks that get our business taken care of. However, their newest employee isn't worth having. We had a big chemical order and had to pick up. This man had an attitude the entire time and it was clear that we were an "inconvenience" to him. We come back this morning, he is unhelpful again. On the phone taking a personal call while we sit at the counter ready to check out. Waiting. He never got off the phone or check us out so we left and went next door. We much prefer O'Reilly but if this continues, we may have to take our business next door. Awful employee.

Had a rental car & the check engine light came on. Fearing the worst I dropped into O'Reilly"s & John quickly read the code & reset it. Great service.

Great store great prices an orders comes in pretty fast

It is so refreshing to meet people like Gary. Gary is genuinely one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. On my way to work my headlight was out. Gary assisted me on purchasing a headlight and was kind enough to allow me to bring in my old headlight the following day, due to me working a 12 hour night shift that evening. I don't believe any other employee would have granted me the grace Gary did. He defines going the extra mile for his customers, especially in a world where everyone is so hateful to one another. Thank you Gary for your kindness and grace, the Head family appreciates you!
