O'Reilly Auto Parts

Had a few issues with my car. Went in manager very nice I can't remember his name?? but I know he was from Louisiana 😂 by way of Houston.. Anyways he was very kind and the staff was so welcoming. He offered to fill my power steering fluid and accidentally overflowed pass max line This gentleman took his time and soaked paper towels until it got back to the max fill .. small things like that means a lot And I must say the diagnosis was spot on so my car with get fixed today .. hopefully 🫶🏾.. appreciate your kindness!!

Went in to bench test my alternator didn't have to wait to long. Employee Robert took it and ran the test had a question re ran it and everything was good. Testing didn't take very long. Robert was very helpful. I will return.

Not helpful on a warranty return. Their computer didn't show the right item on there system so apparently I'm out of luck. Will not be shopping at O'Reillies again.

Guess I have to admit.. uhh.. “Lesson Learned” I’m normally not in Boerne but I was gonna do a lil detail on my Gladiator, which I enjoy and do somewhat regularly, and normally I go to **Advance Auto Parts**, however there isn’t one in Boerne and I thought this O’Reilly should still get the job done ✔️ The sole purpose and topic for my visit was to grab a few things required to detail my Gladiator.. Which I do… every couple wks… While at this store.. I saw some products that addressed a few of the specific isssues I address everytime I detail my Jeep… ie Black trim restore solution.. High Shine tire spray.. They carry products I’ve never seen before and thought… Ok., I’ll give them a try.. and thought.. Alright.. Well, I’ll buy them, and if they are garbage.. I’ll just bring the products

I needed to run in for a few parts today and had the opportunity of spending a few moments watching Bethany, Store mgr. in action. She seems to really manage her folks well. They actually like her. I understand why. In fact, I told Bethany to go home and tell her husband that he’s a lucky man. Maybe this will be the reminder that she needs. I may be wrong, but I’m thinking that one of our team members, Steve with a V, has a tendency to do the job right all the time. I think he would’ve offered to come and put on the wiper I purchased or to pick up the parts from the filter department, even if she wasn’t standing there as his boss. I just get a feeling that is the kind of guy he is.
