Had the wipe blade for the back window of my CR-V. Auto Zone didn't. They knew how to take the old one off and put on the new one. Auto Zone didn't. Need I say more?Thank you O'Reilly!

I come in here all the time and the people are usually great. Ive been needing a new starter, so I've been calling every week to make sure it was in stock before I took it off and exchanged it with the core cost taken off. My boyfriend and Is mind's have been blown. We spent a while finally getting it off only to go down there and have them ADD the core charge instead of removing it from the final price. My total went from $160 to $200. When I was told by 2 different employees that the total would be $119 with the core taken off. Not only was I lied to about the total they went ahead and added the core charge on? Why am I paying you for MY core that im giving you?? I knew this FOR SURE because I needed to save up for it. Instead I got argued, they got defensive and basically laughed and wa

good dudes, not my regular orielys but i couldn't wait to get back to my nieghborhood. so I swung thru and got exactly what I needed and it seemed like they got a rock solid crew there just like the Broadway store.
