O'Reilly Auto Parts

My son is a student at SBU, he tried to head out to the store and his truck would not start. No one in town was willing to go the distance to help but Joe from O'Reilly went out to the campus and give him a jump start. My son then followed him back to the shop and and cut everything tested. Joe then swapped out the battery and got him on the road in no time. Joe if you get to see this review you are really appreciated. It's easy to be normal it's extraordinary to go above and beyond. Thank you O'Reilly and thank you Joe!!

Every time I need a odd or not so odd of a part or battery they can translate my strange description, and know what I am talking about. Then they either show me the options they have, or let me know how long it will be to get it in. I appreciate their customer service and help.

Andre was super knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I was calling something by the wrong name which was confusing us both but he was nice enough to talk me through what I needed and make sure it was right. Will definitely be back!

Normally, I love O’Reillys, but do not go to this one. It’s managed by a guy named Robert. That is one of the rudest people I’ve run into in a long time. He is not knowledgeable acts like you’re an inconvenience and then wouldn’t even sell me a light because I said I almost went to AutoZone. I actually will be reporting him, but he made it clear that his boss doesn’t care how he treats customers
