I understand that is not easy for a business owner to find reliable and caring people to work for them. The service I had in the store in Baseline Rd. in Boulder was very bad. It was a simple and routine installation of a part. The person who installed the part was careless and reckless. He broke a piece in the process of installing the part. He did not seem that he wants to work at all. Next time I'll go the local dealer or install the part myself.

Tried to start my Nissan Leaf and it wouldn't start. After a little online searching it seemed that a possibility was that we needed a new 12V battery (I honestly did not know that electric cars also had regular car batteries). I called and spoke to someone and they helped me diagnose the situation, eliminate other possibilities, and helped me figure out what battery I needed. The tricky thing was that I was just recovering from a surgery and although I could drive I could not lift/replace a battery. Long story short, super friendly and helpful employee Asadel offered to bring the battery to our hose after he got off work (we live less than a mile away) and helped me with the installation. What a great experience! Golden was the young man that assisted me on the issue with my daughters car. I was given a scan tool to pull the code for the check engine light. When I brought back the scan tool it showed my daughter neglected to put her gas cap back on. Golden sold me a tethered gas cap that was about 15 dollars and loaned me the tool to install it. Super helpful and professional staff. The owner should get them a shop dog to continue to provide a welcoming and small town feel parts store.

Went in to get new batteries for my solar set up. They wouldn't have the ones I initially wanted, so I decided to get 2 smaller ones. All good so far. When they order the batteries, I confirm that they are 12V Lithium Ion deepcycle batteries. They say they'll be driven over and I should come back at 2:30 pm (it was 8:30am when I went in). A little annoying to have to delay plans, but no big deal. They say they'll give me a call when the batteries arrive. I show up at 2:30, and am told the batteries aren't there yet, but I will get a call when they come in. After about an hour, I go back in, in case they forgot to call, but no batteries yet.
