Amazing friendliness and service from the older gentleman there Chuck could have been his name. Came in for a simple OBD II scan with my daughter and he was very helpful and went out of his way for us!

I had bought a small part from this store (just an O-ring replacement). They found the part and I purchased it (I had to buy the box). I found out it was not the right part when I tried to replace it. Instead of immediately taking it back, I tried to work with this part instead (different material). When I couldn't get it to work, I took the box back. Even though I had used two of the O-rings (a reason that they could have given me a hard time), they refunded me. I tend to think that my getting the wrong part was not intentional. It was not a lot of money, but it was good service.

I had a awesome experience. Chuck helped me out a ton. I wish more people was like him his customer service was refreshing!

I came in on a rainy day because I realized I needed new wiper blades. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and Michael even came out in the rain to install them for me. Much appreciated!

On August 25, I found a box on the road that apparently belonged to the store, I called and then I went to deliver it, it was nice to do something and return the items that I had in the box, they told me that someone would call me and that they had not done it for me, it was a service to the community.
