Staff is too busy smoking outside to care for customers. Guy was yelling outside at people for no reason. I was a rewards member but won't be going back. Advanced Auto has better prices and more helpful staff anyway.

This store has so much by way of auto parts and brushes etc.. I would recommend this place.

Auto repair shop. Been a customer for years … need it a part this morning but forgot to leave a signed check for the driver i call them and told i had an emergency had to go pick up my sick wife at her work 45 minutes away it was going to take a while to get back , they agreed to leave the part to my guy to work on the car while i was away.we also had to pick our daughter at daycare and leave them home … got back end of the day there was no part… i give them a check every Friday for parts along the week if they couldn’t deliver the part would been nice if they at least told me. I would have bought at another place and wouldn’t be back up with late work… I mean come on a 35 dollar part ? Real nice…at least that won’t happen again cause they will never see a cent from me ever again….

Don’t try going here if you’re a woman. Walked in and the manager and employee continued on with their conversation and then both answered a call, instead of asking me for help. Then when I inquired about oil the manger told me they don’t have any oil for my car and I can only get it at the dealership… I this isn’t the first time this manager has treated me like shit there. He needs to get married and find a new job.

Horrible return policy. I understand if someone install an electronic part and tried to return it, I would refuse it too. In my case I order two parts online a blower motor and resistor. I first installed the blower motor and everything back to work on my car. For the resistor I only opened the bag and looked at it, tried to return it they won’t accept it. I was told it was used, not from me. So your telling me if I order another one and go home open the bag very carefully and tried to install it and put it back in the bag and carefully clue it(like what the previous person did in my case) and return it. The store/manager, employees don’t open it up and take better look at it and you guys sell it to the next customer. Because that’s exactly what happened to me with this part number. Return
