Great selection of parts on hand. Your normal everyday wear is tare stuff is usually in stock. I had friendly, fast service. They did have to order some parts which did get in the next day. So overall I had a good experience.

After going to a different auto store to install my new windshield wipers. After an employee struggled with the install for 20 minutes, I drove down brookpark 500 feet and the driver side blade popped off. 😮 I went straight to O'Reilly's and a female employee came outside and snapped my wiper right back on correctly. Thank you so much for your help.

Great guys, only ones who knew how to reset the dashboard computer in my car so the "requires maintenance" light would go off after an oil change! Slowzone couldn't figure it out and neither could the guys at the oil change place!

Chris was super helpful I had a stripped battery bolt Chris came out in the cold and helped me replace it and was happy to do it if anyone needs any help I would make this my first choice
