Sgt. Clean Car Wash

tore front of my car off, took to a mechanic and this job costed me lots of money $500 to be exact to get fixed. the mechanic says something had to be in machine with everything that was broken. pieces from the inside cracked. broke locks from the bumper part and all.. went up to cancel my membership the lady was nice about it took number down but never heard anything back. had been going to this car wash for months before this happening, so just be careful if you want a car wash from here.

I researched many car wash companies before I decided to purchase a Sgt. Clean membership. Sgt. Clean was a fantastic choice. They offer many amenities and have great hours of operation. I have gone to at least 3 of their locations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I love that staff members always greet me with a smile upon every visit.

I will never use a SGT clean again. Took my 8 month old car here and now I have tons of scratches on my windshield. They were definitely not there before. I figured that these new washes would not damage cars but I guess I’m going back to touchless laser washes. Sucks this company and Cleveland clean bought a bunch of those locations

Close to home. Excellent customer service from Amanda! I love how quickly you are in and out. My car is sparkling clean! I purchased the monthly unlimited wash membership. I save time AND money! It’s a win!!
