Went on a trip, meeting my family in Brookings for my birthday(none of us are from this area.) On our last day we went to go to out for breakfast, where my check engine light came on. Dad and boyfriend checked my oil to find out that there was no oil. I had that changed 2 weeks ago, so that was a surprise. They went to O’Reilly, grabbed oil and the team let them take their check engine reader to hook it up to my vehicle that was at the breakfast joint. My car then died. We got it jumped and headed to back to Oreilly. They helped check battery power, and getting a new battery put in for my car. I was stressing and was super grateful for all their help in making it a quick fix

Amazing staff helped me out with a battery problem. I bought a truck and they went above and beyond with the warranty on the battery even though it was in the buyers name. They saved me over $220 and I’m very grateful. Definitely will come back again. I do recommend.

Chris just stood in the rain and installed my headlights!!! Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. O'Reilly will always be my first choice for auto parts!
