Jim & David help me out this morning, went thinking I needed a battery for my wife’s car, as of right now, we just replace battery in key pod Tks for the good service

My husband and I were driving from Savannah, GA back home to Gainesville, FL (a 4 hour trip) when we started having car issues. We called one mechanic who suggested we go to O’Reilly’s to get a diagnostic done. After getting the results, we called multiple mechanics looking for help as we needed to at least get an assessment. We didn’t want to drive the remaining 3hours home hoping that our vehicle would deliver us safely. We googled mechanics in Brunswick to try to find help. When we struggled to find help I went back into the store and asked the manager if he knew anyone who could help us. The manager called Cook’s Automotive Repair, explained that we were traveling and trying to get home. This is my first review after doing business at this same location for many years but enough is enough I have been silent, patience and tolerant long enough I hope this honest assessment brings about a much needed change in the overall integrity of some of your employees but not all there is a few that get it and really understand their job and responsibilities and how important customers service and retention is but today for the sixth time in the last three months I have to walk out after requesting that one out of the three people that was laughing and giggling in the backroom could check me out his answer was they have a truck you will just have to wait of course I was offended and expressed my ongoing feelings about there lack of care and consideration for me as well as others that s

Jim really helped me out yesterday even when i was being a "difficult customer". I had been upset around some ignition coils I had purchased and had not worked for the car (nothing to do with Oreillys my car just didn't take them). Despite my bad attitude, Jim went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and informed me how i could make sure to avoid any complications in returning parts in the future. Thanks Jim!!!!
