My car as I will now refer to her as Sophie as she decides how she is going to act right or wonky. I stepped in here and Kevin the asst mgr diagnosed if I had an alternator battery or starter as it is inconsistent. He was so accommodating in checking out all three which appeared to be just fine which was so comforting. Kevin was a true gem of a gentleman in his assistance and btw he’s looking for a girlfriend. You could do a lot worse than this delightful 50 yr old you gals out there. Thanks again Kevin for your kindness

Went in to buy windshield wipers, it was raining. Despite looking it up I was sold the wrong one. Guy was new it happens. When you checkout it says that they will put it in for free. No one offered. I get home to take off and realize it’s the wrong size and have to drive back to return. I return for correct size and it has a bunch of adapters, despite attempting to find you tube video on how to put the adapters on I can’t figure it out. I’m call back and tell Judy that I need help or have to return. She informs me that they won’t do it in the rain. I tell her I will find some that can help me. I call a competing auto parts store and they are happy to put it on for me even I. The rain. Since that’s why I am in the store in the first place. When I return them I suggest they get some rain g

Kevin was so helpful to me. My mother had just given me her car and all my fluids were low. Its a honda so fluids had to be specific. Kevin was patient and guided me through everything. He showed me exactly what fluids the car needed and showed me how to fill each one. I will not go anywhere else. He was very knowledgable and i needed that tonight. Thank you, Kevin!

Joey (Manager) was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of my issue. Safe to say the day started down but has since went way up 🚀 thanks to Joey and staff ability to walk me through resolving my issue

Every single time I come into this store the staff treats me so good! Especially Kalina (spelling)! Who is always upbeat and just makes you feel happy! She helped me in person picking up an order and also placing one over the phone. Hands down the best! She could not be any nicer and goes more than the extra mile to make her clients feel appreciated! If not already make this young lady a manager and give her a raise! Hats off for an amazing experience! I’m having to spend close to $400 for some repairs on my car and because of her I don’t even mind spending it. THANK YOU!
