Battery wasn’t working in our F350 truck . Husband was stranded with building materials he had just loaded. He called me to come and get the battery from him (was still under warranty from O’Reilly’s) so he could stay with our truck. I took the battery to O’Reilly’s to have them check out/exchange. Amber checked it and quickly got me a replacement battery which Robert was kind enough to carry to my car for me. Took the new battery to my husband and he was back on the road again, bringing the materials home. Amber and Robert were both courteous and professional in assisting me. I highly recommend O’Reilly’s for your automotive needs! Thank you again Amber and Robert! You guys are awesome!!

The store manager, Archie, was a fantastic help. He was knowledgeable, quick, and hard working. He diagnosed my low battery, found me a new one, and changed it out with the old one in under 15 minutes, and it was the 4th of July. If you need help, this store and Archie will get it for you.
