O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am a single mother of 3 and don’t know a lot about parts but my car wasn’t doing so good. I stopped into Oreilly auto parts in campbellsville and I just wanted to say the manager I think her name is Krystal she was nothing but amazing helped me every way she could even offer to help me pour antifreeze in my car also the 2 young boys there are extremely respectful and helpful! Oreillys will be my number 1 stop from here on out. Made me feel so welcoming.

It smelled very bad. There were 3 workers just talking. Nobody acknowledged me when I came in or offered to help me. I asked where windshield wipers were. They told me the aisle but didn't come with or offer to help me find the correct item

July or August, I stopped by, and and got something for my Buick Lacrosse. Byron ? was the employee working. He didn't have a problem with helping me check my fluid/fluids, and add what I needed. Today, Saturday, August 4, 2025, the counter person told me, they can't check fluid/fluids, and add them. I'm in my 60's! Guess I'll be calling Advance, Autozone, NAPPA, and some others to see if they will help me!

Its the only sticks & bricks parts store I buy from . They are always friendly and helpful, and if its not in stock, its on its way by the next day.

Pretty good place to get your automotive parts. They are pretty expensive and don't have a lot of sales or coupons but if you live in a small area and cant get what you need online or if you need it immediately it's a good place to shop.
