O'Reilly Auto Parts

They are open on Sundays. Instead of going to the local grocery store to pick up a needed oil for our car, we stopped by at this local O’Reilley Auto Parts store in Carmichael. We are fortunate to encounter Monte, the very friendly agent behind the counter. He would not give us the oil without first finding the mileage of our car, the model and year, to make sure it is the correct oil for it. Then he went out to help put the oil in the engine correctly. He gave us the background and history of different cars with different requirements. After all was done, Monte invited us to come back if we encounter any problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with more than 25 years of experience.

Omg I'll never go anywhere else. I've had the night from hell when my car wouldn't start last night. Extremely stressful night and morning today. Long & stressful story short, my roadside assistant told me its my AGM 12v battery. Not only did O'Reilly's have it in stock but they were willing to replace it for me, for free right there in the parking lot. Saved my entire day!! I'll only go here for all auto part needs. Shawn was kind, friendly and informative over the phone, and Mike helped me in the store & was the one that effortlessly replaced the battery he sold me and disposed of my old one. He even found a rebate I could apply for. THANK YOU SHAWN AND MIKE!!!! YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! You've saved me from spending soooo many hundreds more at a dealership or mechanics. You've earned

Phillip helped me with figuring out possible reasons why my check engine light was on. She was awesome! She explain, explained things to me in a way that I can understand them and gave me some tips about other potential problems that could be influencing my check engine light. Go Phillip!!!

I stopped in to get a new pair of windshield wipers and Timothy helped me. He was AWESOME! He was able to identify the correct type of wipers for my vehicle, and he even put them on for me! I can’t stress enough how great Timothy’s customer service was, he made the whole process super easy and he was SO polite & helpful. What a stellar employee!

Russ was awesome. He provided excellent customer services in assisting me to find the proper serpentine belt size for my high power alternator. He took the time to measure the belts I had brought in as reference. Thank you Russ!!
