I needed new front brakes for my 2011 F-150 HD and windshield wipers for a couple of other cars. I received all of the correct parts. The staff!

Went to get my battery replaced and this young kid that worked there took the old battery out and put the new one in and he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't loosen the the bolts enough when removing the battery terminals and juggled them to remove it and it flashed my lights on and off. When we went to connect the terminals to the new battery he barely put the terminal on the battery and I told him they need to be on all the way so he decided to hammer it down instead of loosening the bolt to put it on the right way. I will never let them touch my vehicle again!

I've been bying parts since 2005 never had any real issues that they have not fixed love the employee's

Employee in a roundabout way, called me a liar about a product I had them order for pickup. The quoted price differed significantly higher when I went in to purchase it. I purchased the product at a much lower price. Thank you for calling me a liar O’Reilly employee, without your poor customer service, I would have paid much more than I did had I bought the product at O’Reilly’s!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! We love coming here because the staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to the gentleman named Jesus, every time we go in there he is very respectful, professional, he listens, very helpful, knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcomed as if you're apart of the O'Reilly's family. This man deserves a raise for sure! So, awesome job Jesus, keep up the great work!
