O'Reilly Auto Parts

I wish I got the gentleman's name who helped me today but he was so kind and wonderful! This was the second auto parts store I went to because the Auto Zone store checked my battery and told me it was time to replace it. I mentioned I had bought it roughly 2 years ago and the Auto Zone associate stated it should be under warranty but they didn't carry that brand and advised me to go to O'Reilly, hence, why I was here now. The O'Reilly associate reviewed the logs to see how long ago it was that I actually bought it and to ensure I could get it replaced it under warranty. Unfortunately, they didn't carry this battery either but he double checked my car to make sure the previous employee was being truthful about the state of the battery. Arianna was an amazing sales rep. She was very courteous and helpful. I had called earlier in the day about a part. When i came in way later( close to closing) she remembered where that part was and ran to get it. She expedited my trip and helped me with a few other items. This oreilys is far from where I live .[ only Location with the part i needed. ] so Arianna's great demeanor and diligence on this matter made this an enjoyable experience

I did a return of a gift and it was fast and the man was helpful. For that I gave it four stars.

I asked for assist with a drop-in part that as 75+ years old I could not reach and was told they could not do it that it was too complicated. Went across the street to Advance and nice guy there took the less than 60 seconds it took to put the part in for me. GREAT service.
