I’m so happy I stopped here. I needed to replace a headlight on my element and Jeremy directed me to the correct bulb, even helped me install it within a matter of minutes. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Thanks so much!

Great honesty and customer service! I visited the Centerville, UT O'Reilly store this morning for a new battery and install. I paid for the battery and the associate quickly went to test the old battery and install the new one. He immediately let me know that the "old" battery was actually warrantied at another store and was testing as bad. He suggested I go to the same chain where the battery was purchased and have them honor the warranty. He said he could refund the new battery purchase right then, or come back once I knew the warranty would be honored and got the free replacement. Thankfully the warranty was easily honored at the other store, and I was able to get a quick refund from O'Reilly. This store had the chance to make an easy sale and instead saved me a lot of money. I'D GIVE THIS STORE 100+ STARS IF I COULD! I HONESTLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS STORE, SPECIFICALLY THEIR EMPLOYEE- DENVER! We barely rolled in right before the store was closing. Our serpentine belt was shredded. Denver went above and beyond assisting us with figuring out the problem, finding the correct parts, tools, diagrams, holding the light for us because we needed an extra hand. Knowing that there are people in the world still willing to go the extra mile has restored my faith in humanity. He didn't have to do all that to help us, but he did and he did it with a smile and positive attitude. We need more Denvers in the world! Thank you! Stellar store. Stellar employee!

Mindy's knowledge of parts is outstanding. She is alway the one I ask for, Jeremy's knowledge not so much. If you need help ask for Mindy. She will always find the part you need.

Just stopped in for a rear wiper blade. Jeremy was awesome! Grab the wiper blade rung me up and placed the blade on my back window all in about two minutes time!
