O'Reilly Auto Parts

I stopped by O’Reilly’s tonight after my car died at Walmart, and I have to hand it to the young lady who helped me—she was phenomenal. She single-handedly managed multiple customers, ringing phones, and what felt like total chaos, all while keeping her composure and delivering top-notch service. She is clearly an asset to this company and a rare example of what customer service should be. Her coworker, on the other hand, was completely useless. He did absolutely nothing to help—not a single effort to assist her or the customers. Watching her carry the entire store while he stood by was frustrating and unacceptable. He clearly needs serious training, because his lack of effort and basic professionalism reflects poorly on the store. She deserves every bit of recognition; he deserves a reali

They never answer the ohone... ever.. an they never have enough help at the counter either.. place is a joke honestly .. that why u never see any1 there.. go across the street to auto zone.. much better service an parts..

Stopped into this store Saturday morning. The employee there was very helpful and she got me in and out with everything I needed to get my job done so I could get back on the road to finish my trip. I will be stopping back.

Great parts store if they don't have it can usually get it by next day
