They need to inform you if your not doing the maintenance correctly. I was working on a jeep and it had a bad battery but the jeep actually has two batteries and is always suggested both batteries are changed at the same time.

With 8 hours left of my 13 hour trip back home my vehicle started acting up & didn't seem to be pumping enough fuel to my engine. I stopped here to see if I could get the codes read that had popped up to see what the issue could be after stopping at a mechanic shop that didn't even had a code scanner. Unfortunately O'Reilly's was out of commission since it needed an update. I had worked on a couple friend's vehicles & left my scanner in one of them so I didn't have it. I did end up purchasing a scanner here & figured out what was going on & fixed my vehicle to make the trip back without further issue. The employee was nice & the customers were as well.

The old lady is mean and rude. Wouldn't replace my 2 f350 batteries after bringing them in under warrenty. Very unprofessional. It seemed like she didn't want to help us and glaring and being rude to my wife and I the whole time. The other workers are nice. She is awful. Lady in her 50s bad attitude and very offensive. Still don't understand why she wouldn't replace my batteries.

Decent inventory of commonly used parts for your everyday home mechanic. Most things they don't have in stock they can have by the next day at the latest, pretty close to a hub store, I imagine. Staff is friendly and helpful if you don't mind a story or 2. Lot of Mustang knowledge in this store, so if you've got questions on your late model Ford, the fellas can usually help. Typical showroom floor inventory and set up for an Oreilly's with nothing fancy. The store is usually clean, and shelves are organized. The only complaint I have is the in-line wait time at the counter to pay. They seem understaffed, especially on the weekend. But I understand it's a payroll issue...

Very helpful staff, never trying to sell me what I don’t need.
