Huge thanks to Sebastian, the store manager .He was running the store by himself during icy, below-freezing conditions and still gave excellent customer service. He made sure I was able to get home to my family. Even with the bad weather and being busy, he stayed positive and helpful. Really appreciate the dedication and great service.

I took my wife's car to this location to get the less than a year old battery (super start, their house brand) tested after it had to get jumped off twice earlier in the day. They told me the battery was fine and that it was probably the charging system. So I took it to the dealership, because it was under warranty, to get that tested. They diagnosed it and said the charging system was fine and that the battery was bad. Then I called O'reilly's and told them I would like to be reimbursed for the diagnostic charge that I paid for only to find out it was the battery. They wouldn't do it. I asked if I bring it back it will you replace the battery then. If we test it and its bad then yes. It was bad the second time they tested it but because I did not buy the battery (it was already in the car

The manager, James and sales associate Owens went above and beyond to help me get my dad’s AC running the way it should with quality automotive refrigerant. I can’t speak highly enough about these two guys and the service that they provided would make you want to go back to this O’Reillys every time.
