Anthony was amazing! He was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us change out our headlight. He also took the time to give us advice and recommendations, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great service — really appreciate his help!

Anthony was GREAT! My battery was dead and this was at 7:30 at night. He got the right battery and replaced it with a smile on his face. It’s rare to find people that are willing to go above and beyond to help you. We appreciate you Anthony!

My mom went up there to buy a part for me and her battery in her truck was dead and she needed a jump and the guy working there woody came to the parking lot to jump her off and had a battery tester not a battery charger to jump her off and said there is nothing we can do to help you so she has been in the parking lot hopeing someone would come and jump her off. Luckily there was a nice guy that said he would jump her off and got her going but no thank you to woody she would have been sitting there all night bc he does not no the difference between a battery charger and tester.

I called O’Reilly Auto Parts and was placed on hold by Woody for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was placed on hold another 15 minutes finally they confirmed they did have the part. I sent my sister to pick up the part, and when she got went to leave, her truck wouldn’t start back up. Woody came outside, tested it, and said there was nothing they could do to help. Thankfully, a kind customer (who didn’t even work there) helped her by jumping the truck. Very disappointing experience and lack of customer service — I expected more from O’Reilly’s.

Zach was great he help me and even gave me knowledge on something I needed and how to do what he was doing! He’s a great person even put my battery on for me because I knew I needed one but I didn’t know who would be putting it on. He said bring it on I’ll put it on for you!!! It’s people like him that makes the world a better place ! Thank yall!
