Stopped in today to get a new battery for my car, Tyler was so helpful and put it on for me! He also had answers to my many questions. Super nice guy 😁

The employees do not appear to be adhering to Governors mask order, although the patrons all were. Spanish spoken here. We had to buy a battery and installation by store was free - but proved to be a challenge to the employee that helped us as the employee brought out the wrong socket set. A little surprising actually.

I have always had good service when I buy a product at O’Reillys. It has always been the correct part I needed & reasonably priced. I am handicapped, so the time I bought wiper blades for car, the mgr even installed them for me. I am very appreciative of their help.

Hit or miss with these guys. Either get good service quickly or get good service, but ya wait for it. I was considering leaving without my part when someone at the desk opened up. They get busy sometimes. They didn't have my part but can order. It's the same story all over town, though, so I can't fault em for that.

The crew here was awesome I was so happy that they were very knowledgeable I have the wrong serpentine belt and they help me figure it out really quickly that I have the wrong one plus they tested and attempted to charge my battery. Thank you guys you did an awesome job
