Jesse is great and helped my find the purge valve I needed to get very quickly and easily and made sure i was in the system so if i ever need to use the warranty it is in the computer. I had some questions about my vehicle after I replaced the part the next day and the store manager Julio was just as amazing! Gave me the helpful advice I needed and helped resolve the remaining issue I had. I very much appreciate these gentlemen and would recommend this store to anyone needing a replacement part or anything vehicle related. I will be going to them for any parts I need in the future for sure!

Worst experience ever. Sad to say the people working at this store didn’t have a clue how to an exchange a battery in a Chevrolet 3500. New employee tried to loosen the battery by taking the 8/125 nut off 175 amp fuse on top of battery. Who knows where the nut went , you could tell the poor guy had no type of training, and the lady that sold me the battery decided to let him do it so she could go on lunch break, need less after 20 min of head scratching and waiting , a so called manager or supervisor came to assist the young man that clearly he had no training. And he didn’t know how to do it either and left on the phone calling a mechanic . So Waiting 10 min I grabbed the 13 mm socket and extension of ground of tools and proceeded to remove the battery myself, manger or whatever he was

I've always had a great experience here. This trip no different I actually ordered the part it took them a minute to find it but it was found and everything was A, ok.
