I go here often for my car parts and never experience any issues but today I ordered a part to the store and they told me that it will be ready by 9am just for me to come to the store at 12pm to find out that my part has been delayed and won’t show up for another hour and I do feel as though they should have let me know and failed to do so especially because I’m here to pick up a part to fix my car so I had to go through a lot to even get there just to be meet with an inconvenience but overall it’s still a good store just work on communication a bit better

If they don’t want to work they shouldn’t apply and work there ! The girl hung up me very unprofessional “she was asking her boss do they carry the part” Then the phone disconnected so I called back he sound like he was JUST WAKING UP OR I WAS “BOTHERING” him and then kept on breathing hard in the phone like I was a issue! And no I don’t need the manager or owner replying back to me because I will NOT be shopping at this store !

Had a bad experience at this store. The store staff, Daniel and associates did not display courteous customer service. They were rather condescending . I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else where I got value for my patronage

Dropped off a good battery they tested and said was good and said it just needs charging. Come to pick up battery the next day they say it’s bad and gave me back a battery that was not mines. And basically said there’s nothing they can do about it. Straight up crooks.
