Quick service though stock of higher quality parts is not maintained requiring a Ship To Store first and a Next Day pickup then being possible. As such had to buy lesser brand (in my opinion Denso trumps Autolite for instance) that had same price so you dont even enjoy a value price. Will order online next time for that part class (sparkplugs which has to be like Milk for grocery stores a major pull for walkin traffic). The spark plug gap tool was likewise was cheap worksmanship and a commodity item but you would think it was premium costing being outrageous IMHO. Anti seize for sparkplug threads was a modest buck so that was good. Still this place demonstrates urgent auto needs will be seen as way to promote inferioir house brands not meet your cars recommended OEM or original brand needs

The prices are very reasonable, and they typically have the parts I need in stock. If something isn’t available right away, I can count on it being ready within 24 hours of ordering. Their quick turnaround time is truly impressive!

No one enjoys having vehicle troubles. I called the store inquiring about their acceptance of a specific type of credit card. Yes they take it. Then I asked about finding a safe place to park (that I could easily be towed from in case there was an additional problem) yes. I asked if I could get my vehicle jumped in case they didn’t have what I needed. Yes. I asked is they could change the battery, yes! I was really grateful for their assistance. I spoke with Shana on the telephone, and Don took care of us when I arrived. They were super busy and still got my vehicle back on the road in under an hour. Thank you! I highly recommend them!

I walked into the store and was quickly told to get out by the managers girlfriend. Keep in mind I literally said nothing just walked in. When I started to speak the managers girlfriend (she doesn’t work there) she told me, “I don’t want no back talk” like she owned the place. I would not recommend buying from them. Very rude!
