Elisabetha went above and beyond to help me out with testing my battery, replacing it, and helping guide me in what I should do if my battery dies again. He was incredibly knowledgeable and let me ask so many questions as he was helping me out to educate me on the workings of my car. I have been trying to learn to do my own work if it’s pretty simple and his knowledge was extremely helpful. I won’t forget his quote “no question is a dumb one”. I will be making sure I come to this location in the future if seeking car help! Truly an asset to the store.

The morning after turkey day i was on my way home about 6:20am when my card died by value village on evergreen way. This gentlemen named Bryan stopped to help me. He pushed my card into the parking lot to get me out of traffic. He had a thing that he plugged into my card to find out what happened, nothing was found, he then shined a flashlight around the engine, he showed me my belt came off. After looking at the belt, he said it was safe to use till I could get to a shop for replacement as long as i didn't go over the speed limit to get home. He put it back on for me and i made it home safe. He told me he was on this way to work, but was kind enough to stop and help me at my worst. -1 star for pricing, it could be more competitive. Also, -1 because there is sometimes a line at the register.(I have been here more than once) they usually have plenty of people helping at the parts counter, but can be slow with checking people out. Store is clean. The isles are taller than Advance Auto Parts making navigation a little more tricky. Selection is good. I got what I needed, an adaptor for my ratchet. It cost $7.68 for a 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor and it is not as strong as the ones for impact guns. The parking lot is a little small. The parking lot for the auto zone down the street is much easier to find parking in. Advanced auto parts on evergreen way has a huge parking lot. So if you have to tinker with your car a little, that one has plenty of space. I forgot my wallet! But l

Had funny tasting Gatorade and their air freshener hurt my eyes They have fun smells there but do not eat them they don't taste good

Very helpful and attentive to customer needs. On the plus side they share a parking lot with a few food places and a hair and nail salon. Also next to a cigar and tobacco shop.
