O'Reilly Auto Parts

Disappointed with the service. They advertise rotor turning service. I’ve taken three different sets of rotors to this O’Reilly location to have them turned, and every time there’s an excuse why they can’t do it — even with a nearly new set. It feels like the staff just doesn’t want to bother with the extra work. Customer service is poor and not very helpful when you ask questions. I used to rely on O’Reilly for parts and service, but this experience has made me reconsider.

My favorite auto parts store by default because anything is better than AutoZone

My battery died. So I called a different auto parts store. They told me they were unable to install my battery. So I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and spoke to Arnold. He informed me they could install my battery but to bring my car in to make sure it didn't need any special tools. Arnold was very helpful. He installed my battery and my air filter. He was very pleasant, professional and courteous. That is rare these days. Thank you Arnold.

Excellent service! I went in on a Sunday morning, needing a new headlight. There were already several staff members there and I didn’t have to wait to be helped. Jaime was professional, courteous and fast, as he found the right bulb and even installed it for me! I highly recommend this store
