Jimmy has helped this new North Dakotan four times now, big time: 1) he helped me by installing an interior map light, and 2) by adjusting a running exterior light(so no new one needed) 3) find an old school adapter, so I can plug my cell phone into the cigarette lighter of my beautiful 2011 Honda Odyssey and play tunes, and 4) find the most cost-efficient vent mount autolock phone holder for my cell phone so my cell phone will stop sliding all the heck over the place while I'm looking for it while driving dangerously. This is honestly one of the best things to come to North Fargo in a long time, employees are helpful when I've needed help and if they don't have it at the specific store I can do pickup within a day typically or they can point me to another store locally that has it on hand right away. I had to return some parts I ended up not using and had no issues with returning the product.

Bought a tool, and it broke on the first application. Brought it back and they replaced it with a different version. No hassles, very good customer service.

Stopped in for some wiper blades and the associate Brian was amazing but...... the co worker he was working with was very mean to him because he was struggling with the return process, I really didn't appreciate how rude he was to Brian especially in front of customers! 5 stars for Brian though
