Very unhappy with service. A young guy working there seemed like I just will really put him out having to wait on me. I'm in it took about a minute or two. It's not like I was taking up his whole day. I wasn't sure what to buy. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. He picked up what I "needed" but it didn't match properly and then I was told they couldn't refund that particular item after opening it. Well I mean he opened it and tested it! Well since he's the one that picked it out for me he would think they could ! $25 wasted. No apology no nothing. I realize everyone that works there may not be this way. There might be somebody there that's very helpful. If there is I would love to know who it is so I can ask for them because that is certainly not what I've got the last couple of t

I was in the store today and was helped by Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and was incredibly helpful in installing the part that I needed. It unfortuately has become rare to receive the high degree of customer service that Anthony provided today. I highly recommend this store for an outstanding and friendly shopping experience!
