I went to O’Reilly’s today because my car had been acting up. The day before, it wouldn’t start, the lights would flash, I heard a ticking sound when turning the key, and the car jerked a bit when it finally did run. The next morning it started, but very slowly. At O’Reilly’s, I had the absolute best experience with Liam. He didn’t just do an OBD scan and print out the diagnostic codes for my check engine light, he went above and beyond. After listening to my experience, Liam also ran an alternator and battery test. He explained everything clearly, confirmed my alternator was in great shape, but showed me that my battery was no good. What impressed me most was that Liam offered to change the battery right there, and he did it incredibly fast while also teaching me valuable information in

Stopped in this evening to get everything I needed to do an oil change on my vehicle and was immediately greeted by Liam who assisted me in getting everything I needed. He was a very polite and professional young man who even went above and beyond to purchase my daughter a toy out of his own pocket. It’s hard to get good customer service these days especially from someone his age but he was amazing. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing him next time you need anything for your vehicle.

I stopped in to check and see because I had a headlight out. I asked them to make sure that it was actually out before I purchased it where we wouldn't have to do an instant refund. He then tells me that they don't have the part to change my headlight. This is a 2013 GMC terrain. Terrible customer service. I will never go back to that O'Reilly again because they were not helpful and they did not really want to wait on me whatsoever. He had a cast or something on his hand but proceed to tell me they don't have the part to change a headlight. A part store doesn't have the part to change a headlight. I will never go to that O'Reilly again and I go to O'Reilly several times a month. That's the worst one in our area and I will never ever go back to there or will not even refer anyone to there.

Pedro went well above and beyond assisting me with a new battery for my car. Showed up 20 mins before closing and never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience to him. Thankful for the help!

Both Caleb’s at this location were super helpful. I own a Jaguar, and every single thing on it is a headache. The windshield wipers are extremely specific and hard to find. Caleb (the manager), helped by personally opening and checking every single windshield wiper to make sure they were compatible, without even being asked. Unfortunately, none of the options in the store worked, but he gladly pointed me in the direction of a store that more than likely could assist me. But before I leave, the absolute behemoth of a man Caleb (not the manager) stopped me and noted that he could likely use another wiper off the shelf as a “donor” and retrofit it onto my existing wipers that were old.
