Thanks to darius and wymon for helping us change the wipers on our tundra truck & help us figure out what’s wrong with one of the wipers that wasn’t working. This was our second option after leaving from another auto parts store that didn’t seem to be too happy to help us in any way. Thank you again for yalls help and great customer service!!

Just lost possible future business because a person I spoke to was being facetious. I called for the price of a battery. I asked if they installed it. I also wanted to know if they provided a service where if a person lived nearby they’d deliver the product and install it (this isn’t common but there have been places that do this as long as the distance is close by). The person on the phone was ok but when I asked the last question he got kind of smart and a little sassy. He kept saying this is a parts store. I told him I’m familiar with what kind of store it is but there are some that provides courtesy services. For instance, installing the battery is a courtesy service though this is a parts store. He also said we don’t do none of that. Teach your workers though this is a store in the au

I was very pleased, with my visit to this location I have used them since I moved here, from NC, the young man (Adan) was very professional and attentive to my needs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees . Refund on one item that I didn't need with no problem . Good store
