Wado specifically was so kind and helpful. I'm literally at the bottom of my luck lately and when I needed batteries but they wouldn't work with my system he was able to help me return them. I almost cried and hugged him! Nathan has also always been really nice too. Very clean and well stocked store with all knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to help.

In my personal opinion I like this auto parts store more than the other ones that are out there. Friendly workers, good customer service, reasonable prices.

Came in with a burnt out and a loose corner light. Rodger took a look at it, found me the right grommet, replaced the bulb and grommet and got everything properly installed in less than 10 minutes for me. I’m very happy with the customer service and the going above and beyond to do the job for me.

Never use this location. The customer service is worst! The management needs to do a better job! They told me that the battery would be charged in 1 hour. But even after multiple follow ups, they were not able to charge the battery in 2 days!!!! Over the phone they told me that the battery is ready, and on the site they told me that it’s not. After wasting my time for 2 days and 2 trips back and forth, I told them to return my battery back (as it is). Thank you for successfully wasting my time. I’m never going to do any business with this location again!!!!

I came in with my oil way down because I couldn't open the cap. The fellow - apologies for not asking his name - helped me choose the right oil, opened the cap and poured it in, greased the cap so I could open it, and made suggestions about what to do next. I left feeling really grateful about living in a town where people help each other out like this. 5+ stars.
