O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went into O'Reilly to get headlights for my van. I was clueless as to what I needed. Pablo helped me with getting the right ones and also installed them for me. Made my whole day so much better. Thank you Pablo for your help. You are amazing.

This is a well-managed store. We went in for a somewhat obscure brake caliper part, and manager Tim knew immediately how to get us what we needed. A quick computer search found the kit in the backroom for under $5. We walked out feeling confident and satisfied. Clearly the NoCo regional office at O'Reilly corporate is hiring great staff for at least this location. Advice is free but can also be invaluable. Thanks for an excellent experience! Will come back always.

My tail light wasn’t working so I didn’t have a brake light or a turn signal. I stopped by this O’Reilly‘s auto parts store and Jay Nelson went above and beyond to help diagnose and replace the parts that were needed for me to get safely on my way. if I could give 10 stars, I would do so, this associate was so patient and I was probably one of the most pain in the ass customers that poor young man had to deal with all day, but he took care of me with patience and grace. You should be proud to have Jay as a member of your team! Thank you Jay!

Stopped in after a vacuum line failed and Tim (General Manager) went absolutely all in to get me helped with the correct length and size. Truck isn’t running rough anymore and I’m back on the road, cannot ask for better than this. Thank you!!!!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Needed to purchase some tire chains and they made sure everything was a good fit.
